 Introduction: Cfara 20 mg injection is used to treat children, teenagers and young adults with a type of blood cancer called acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
Mode of Action: It works by preventing the multiplication of the abnormal white blood cells. It does so by suppressing the production of the cells’ genetic material, DNA. Cancer cells require DNA for growth and multiplication.
Dosage: The doctor or nurse will administer the medicine as per claim.
Special Precautions: Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with heart, liver and blood uric acid levels.
Side Effects: The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache and rash.
