Introduction: Combigan ophthalmic solution is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of pressure in the eyes (ocular hypertension) and glaucoma.

Timolol is a beta blocker while Brimonidine is a sympathomimetic. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.

Dosage: This medicine is for external use only. Check the label for directions before use.

Special Precaution: Never use a bottle if the seal is broken before you use it for the first time.

Side Effects: The most common side effects include burning, irritation, itching and redness at the application site.
