Introduction: Omnacortil 20 mg dispersible tablet is a steroid. It is used to treat a wide variety of medical conditions such as severe allergic reactions, allergic conditions, asthma, rheumatic disorder, skin and eye disorders and nephrotic syndrome. It suppresses the immune system and provides relief from inflammation.

Mode of Action: It is a steroid which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies.

Dosage : The doctor will advise the dose and duration of the dosage form. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it.

Side effects: The most common side effect of this medicine is reduction in bone density, weight gain, mood changes, upset stomach and behavioral changes.
