Introduction: Super P-force tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. This medicine should be used only when prescribed by a doctor.

Mode of action: Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which acts by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to increase the time taken to ejaculate and improve control over ejaculation.

Dosage: The doctor will advise the dose and duration of the dosage form. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

Side effects: Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, dry mouth, headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk) and nosebleeds.
