Introduction: Xalacom eye drop has a medicine used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It decreases the fluid (aqueous humor) production in the eye which relieves the pressure in the eye.
Timolol is a beta blocker while Latanoprost is a prostaglandin analogue while. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
Dosage: This medicine is for external use only. Check the label for directions before use.
Special Precautions: Never use a bottle if the seal is broken before you use it for the first time.
Side Effects: Use of this medicine may cause burning sensation, stinging and irritation at the application site.
